Bauchi Health Worker in Police Net over Attempt to Kill Two

Police operatives in Bauchi have arrested a staff of Kofar Ran Maternity Clinic, Mustapha Tahiti, 35, for allegedly planning to inject his cousin and wife with a poisonous substance in an attempt to kill them.

WikkiTimes gathered that Mustapha had bought a chemical substance and filled a syringe waiting for the right moment to strike his supposed victims but ran out of luck and got caught in the act.

Similarly, Mustapha had grudges with the victim for marrying his late elder brother’s wife, whom he loved dearly and wanted to marry. Unfortunately, the widow did not want to marry him, he added that he warned the victim several times not to marry the widow but ignored it.

Confirming the arrest, the Spokesperson of Bauchi Police Command, Ahmed Mohammed Wakil in a statement to reporters on Thursday said Mustapha works with the record unit of the hospital. “The suspect was arrested on 6th March 2024  following credible intelligence available at the disposal of the Department.
