NYSC Offers Free Medical Services To 500 People In Bauchi

Over 500 people from Bauchi State have benefited from the free medical outreach of the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC.

The programme was launched at Sango Village of Toro local government. It is planned to be on for three days across the 36 states of the federation and Abuja.

The Director-General of NYSC Major General Shuaibu Ibrahim represented by the Bauchi State NYSC Coordinator Hamisu Abubakar Namadi said the free medical services to people suffering from diabetes, malaria, hypotension as well as thyroid.

Mallam Garba Jauro, the Village Head of Sango praised NYSC for selecting his community to benefit from the exercise.

Some of the beneficiaries who spoke to WikkiTimes expressed happiness for the service and promised to use the drugs provided to them accordingly.
