Kamiku Ado, New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) candidate in Wudil/Garko of the House of Representatives Constituency, is dead.
Isa, according to Daily Trust is former Assistant Comptroller General of Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC). He died yesterday after a brief illness.
The deceased’s death came just four days to the presidential, senatorial and House of Representatives general elections.
Condoling the bereaved family, presidential candidate of the NNPP, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso described Ado’s death as shocking and a huge vacuum that can’t be replaced.
“I am saddened by the loss of Hon. Kamilu Ado Isah, the NNPP House of Representatives Candidate for Wudil/Garko constituency.
“May the Almighty Allah forgive his shortcomings and grant him eternal peace. My condolence to his family, friends and the NNPP Kano Chapter,” he said.
The deceased was buried in Kano according to Islam rites.
