The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja says it would deliver judgement tomorrow in the case of power tussle between Governor Abba Yusuf of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) and Nasiru Gawuna of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The judgment will be delivered by 10 a.m, according to reports.
The court had earlier on November 6, reserved judgment in the case.
Governor Yusuf is challenging his removal by the Governorship Election Petition Tribunal. The tribunal in a virtual judgement delivered a few weeks ago, ousted the governor, citing irregularities in the conduct of the election.
