Brigadier-General Muhammad Kukah Fadah, Director-General, National National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has been removed for “glaring incompetence.”
The ousted DG came into office six months ago. However, insiders told PRNigeria that President Muhammadu Buhari ordered his removal. But the presidency is yet to issue a statement about this.

According to PRNigeria, the NYSC boss’ removal is not unconnected with the fact that he has exhibited ‘glaring incompetence’ in the six months he has piloted the affairs of the scheme.
Fadah had been asked to hand over the affairs of the scheme to the most senior staff in the organization who will be in an acting capacity pending the appointment of substantive DG.
